Bring a little Italian luxury home with this white truffle sauce from Ori di Langa. Made with truffles that grow in the Piedmont region, this sauce is rich with earthy flavors. This white truffle sauce is great to spread or as a condiment for different preparations. It is perfect on bread, crostini, and croutons and can also be used as a condiment as pasta or risotto, meat or fish fillet, potato-based recipe, eggs, and vegetables. Tasty and ready-to-serve both cold and warm. Excellent on sandwiches, hamburgers,s, and meat. This sauce is made with Authentic Italian Truffle.

Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), water, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vegetable fibers, white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) 0,3%, flavors, corn starch, white pepper, onion. 
The product does not contain allergens.

Suggestion for use:  Great match with sandwiches, toasted bread, omelet, stuffed with meat, vegetable shreds, first courses. It is recommended 20 g per person for the first courses.

Tartuflanghe is an Italian company that was founded by Beppe Montanaro and his wife Domenica Bertolusso in 1975. The company’s name derives from an intuition that Domenica had: she joined the Italian word for “truffle” with the name of the original territory of this precious tuber, the Langhe area. Their idea is based on selecting and certifying the quality of Alba White Truffle and shipping it all over the world.
