RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
You can return or exchange any full price item - not purchased with a promotional discount - for a complete refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item.  Please email martino@italybymartino.com .

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Returns sent after this time will not be honored.  All sale merchandise is final.  No returns or exchanges. 

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days. A refund, minus shipping, will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Italy to You by Martino Strozza is not responsible for lost or stolen return/exchange packages.
Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking.
