Suggestion for use: Can be served as a main dish or side dish with fish, meat, and vegetables. Here's a Chef tip to prepare:

1. First, pour the rice and condiment mix from the jar into a pot (or saucepan).
2. Fill the jar with warm water, using the equivalent of 2 jars, and pour it into the pot together with the mix. 
3. Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is evaporated. 
4. Serve immediately, while hot.

Tartuflanghe is an Italian company that was founded by Beppe Montanaro and his wife Domenica Bertolusso in 1975. The Tartufissima N19 is the first truffle pasta ever produced in the world. The “Tartufissima Pasta” began in 1990, thanks to the experience and culinary imagination of Beppe, chef and founder of Tartuflanghe.

Two years later the Tartufissima N19 was awarded as “Outstanding new product” at Fancy Food Summer Show of New York City.

This success is due to its special characteristics: the completely hand-made shapewhich gives an extraordinary texture to the pasta, the high percentage of truffle, the sophisticated and well-balanced taste, and the great number of eggs that enhance the flavor of the truffle.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, summer truffle, (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 7%, flavor. It may contain traces of soy.

Suggestion for use:  Pasta for 4 people:

1. Bring 5 quarts (approx. 2 liters) of water to a boil, adding the salt.
2. Add the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until “al dente” or still firm.
3. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan.
4. Combine the pasta and melted truffle butter( regular butter) or truffle olive oil and toss over medium heat for about 1 minute 
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.         Buon Appetito!

The TRUFFLE PERLAGE® is a very innovative product invented by Tartulanghe. Looks like caviar, and tastes like pure winter truffle! The Truffle Caviar is made from the black winter truffle juice, which is obtained directly from the fresh truffle during its cooking. This tasty juice is then reduced into small pearls through a very sophisticated technique called “spherification”. We obtain small pearls with the taste of the truffle and the same color and texture as the caviar!
