The product is a combo in a box, with a 250g bag of Carnaroli rice and a jar of condiment in powder, containing all ingredients for preparing an excellent risotto: cheese, butter, cream, and white truffle all freeze-dried!

Ready in 15 minutes, just adding water and salt.

Suggestion for use: Can be served as a main dish or side dish with fish, meat, and vegetables. Here's a Chef tip to prepare:

1. First, pour the rice and condiment mix from the jar into a pot (or saucepan).
2. Fill the jar with warm water, using the equivalent of 2 jars, and pour it into the pot together with the mix. 
3. Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is evaporated. 
4. Serve immediately, while hot. 

 

ABOUT TARTUFLANGHE, ALBA, PIEMONTE, ITALY

Tartuflanghe is an Italian company that was founded by Beppe Montanaro and his wife Domenica Bertolusso. In 1975. The company’s name derives from an intuition that Domenica had: she joined the Italian word for “truffle” with the name of the original territory of this precious tuber, the Langhe area. Their idea is based on selecting and certifying the quality of Alba White Truffle and shipping it all over the world. Tartuflanghe is located a few kilometers from Alba, the capital of the Langhe, the most important treasure chest of the White Truffle, the Tuber Magnatum Pico is also named after Alba.
