This vegan pesto is one of the best we've ever tasted. Made in Italy, adhering to the strictest standards of DOP Genovese basil production, La Favorita brings us this classic and delicious traditional pesto alla genovese. This pesto goes well not only on pasta but also on fish, chicken and pizza. 

When you open a jar it tastes like it was just made. No preservatives or anything chemical and no added sugar.

Ingredients: Olive oil, Genovese DOP basil (22%), cashews, sea salt, pine nuts.

Suggestions for use: Add La Favorita Pesto alla Genovese sauce to your cooking pot with pasta.Turn heat on low while you are stirring everything together. To make to make the pasta silky and saucy, add a little of the pasta cooking water at a time until you get the desired consistency.After opening keep in the fridge and consume it within five days.
