Panettone Brera Milano Classico Holiday Cake

From the Italian panetto or small cake, panettone is a large fruity enriched sweet bread, offered typically during Christmas throughout Italy and in Italian communities around the world. Originating in Milan, Panettone is a holiday tradition for those who grew up in Italy or in Italian-American households. A unique Brera Milano, a prestigious brand since 1930 remindful of past traditions – Brera Milano is keeping the ancient traditions of confectionery art alive. This true Italian artisanal tradition is available in limited quantities. 

Panettone is traditionally served for dessert on Christmas, with a glass of dessert wine or Spumante (bubbly wine) or Prosecco.

Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs*, candied orange-citrus and lemon peels (orange-citrus-lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sultanas, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rehydrated whole milk powder, egg yolk*, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavors, salt, cocoa butter. May contain nuts, soy, and mustard.
