This Panettone is naturally leavened and it is made with pears cubes and tasty chocolate chips.

PANETTONE WITH DICED CANDIED PEAR AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS, WITHOUT SULTANAS AND CANDIED CITRUS FRUITS. NATURAL LEAVENING OVEN-BAKED PRODUCT.
Ingredients: wheat flour, diced candied pear 17% (diced pear, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice concentrate), butter, eggs* sugar, chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), egg yolk*, rehydrated whole milk powder, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavorings, salt, cocoa butter. May contain nuts, soy, and mustard.
