If you like your pasta with some extra spice we suggest adding red pepper chili flakes or fresh chili pepper. The Masseria Mirogallo farm is located in Basilicata, the region of Italy where I am from. This farm has a passion and desire to preserve the fruits of Basilicata, handing down their classic country flavors and traditions. This sauce takes me back to my childhood when every Sunday my Nonna cooked for the family Spaghetti al Sugo di Pomodoro. Today, I am happy to introduce you to this authentic southern Italian farm and their authentic Italian flavors.
